1. Your licences

Current prices and renewal dates are optional. Add them for a downloadable internal comparison.

Choose annual commitment paid upfront or monthly commitment paid monthly, subject to product availability.

Add a separate line for each plan or payment preference. Optional renewal lines stay outside the known amounts.

Import a Microsoft licence or user export

Start with a CSV from Microsoft 365 or Entra, then review the products and quantities. User exports count assigned licences, not purchased seats. An export may contain only filtered users.

Supported CSV columns include “User principal name” and “Licenses” (products separated by + or semicolons), or “Product name” and “Total licenses”. CSV only, up to 2 MB. No Microsoft connection is needed. We delete the temporary file after reading it; user names and email addresses are not added to your quote.
