Copilot Business is £13.80 per user per month ex VAT on annual upfront. The catalogue list price is £16.10, a difference of £2.30 per seat per month.

Ten seats cost £138 per month equivalent, or £1,656 for the annual term, ex VAT. Compare with £161 per month at list, a difference of £276 over the year.

What Copilot Business adds

Microsoft 365 Copilot Business adds AI capabilities across eligible Microsoft 365 experiences, such as drafting, summarising and helping analyse information. The experience depends on the user's base licence, app access, settings and available data.

Plan an initial group around specific tasks and review the results before expanding. Relevant permissions and information-sharing settings matter because an AI licence does not correct existing oversharing. Our optional licence-count review does not assess Copilot activity, adoption or data readiness.

Eligibility and the combined licence cost

An eligible base licence is required for each Copilot Business user. Microsoft lists Business Basic, Standard and Premium as qualifying plans and sets a limit of 300 Copilot Business seats per tenant. Desktop app access depends on the base plan. See the Microsoft Copilot Business FAQ.

Separate annual upfront catalogue lines would total:

Annual commitment and billing options

Our published Copilot Business price is for an annual commitment paid upfront. We do not offer annual commitments paid in monthly instalments. Microsoft's current Copilot Business FAQ describes annual commitment and does not offer a month-to-month purchasing agreement.

We confirm the exact supplier offer, term, base licence and any promotion before acceptance. Existing Copilot commitments cannot be assumed to end early when changing product. Licences are supplied into your tenant through a confirmed order, not automatically when you request a quote.
