The terms, in plain English.
These are Microsoft’s subscription rules. They apply to every reseller, including us. We would rather you read them here than find out later.
- Check the cancellation window.
- Your quote confirms the applicable cancellation window and refund basis. After that window, the agreed commitment generally runs to its end.
- Request additional licences when needed.
- We confirm availability, the cost for the remaining term and activation timing before changing supply.
- Plan quantities around the commitment.
- Quantity reductions depend on the subscription and its change window. Tell us about likely reductions before agreeing an annual commitment.
- Your price is fixed for the term.
- Annual upfront fixes your rate for the 12-month term. We do not adjust it if Microsoft's list price moves during your term.
- Your business controls its tenant.
- A change of supplier does not remove an existing financial commitment. Confirm renewal dates and transfer requirements before switching.

Why are you cheaper than Microsoft itself?
We resell through Giacom and set our own selling prices. Compare the exact licence, commitment, billing frequency and VAT basis. Our written quote confirms the price available to your business; rebates and promotions are not guaranteed.
Will my renewal price go up?
Your agreed price applies for the quoted term. A promotion can end and Microsoft or supplier price changes can affect a later renewal. We identify any promotional period and confirm the applicable rate and terms before you commit.
Can I mix plans?
Yes, you can request different plans for different users. Each user needs the licences required by the features they use. Copilot and other add-ons can require an eligible base licence, which we check before confirming your quote.
What happens to my existing Microsoft 365 setup?
We aim to supply licences into your existing tenant, keeping your users, mail and files there. Before any change, we check your current subscriptions, renewal dates, administrative access and transfer options. Do not cancel existing licences until the replacement or transfer is confirmed.
What if my current provider controls our tenant?
Tell us who supplies your licences and what administrator access you have. Some setups need a provider release or sign-in changes; others require a migration. We confirm the route and any separate service costs before you decide.
More than 300 seats, or enterprise plans?
Add your requirements to the quote builder, including enterprise plans or any product you cannot find. Microsoft 365 Business plans have licensing limits. We check the appropriate plan and limits for your organisation before confirming supply.
Which commitment and payment options do you offer?
We offer annual commitment paid upfront or monthly commitment paid monthly, subject to product availability. We do not offer annual commitments paid in monthly instalments. Your written quote confirms the price, commitment and renewal terms.
Does requesting a quote buy the licences?
No. Your request is saved and sent to our team. We check the products, prices, eligibility and timing, then email a quote for you to agree. A managed IT service, telephone call or tenant review is not required for licence-only supply.
