Dead Simple 365.

Pricing

Below Microsoft’s list price. In a tenant you own.

Microsoft 365 Business in the UK costs £4.23 for Basic, £8.83 for Standard and £15.55 for Premium, per user per month, ex VAT, on annual upfront. Every plan sits below Microsoft’s list price, in your own Microsoft account (your “tenant”), with no teaser price that jumps at renewal.

The same Microsoft 365 Business licences you already use. If Microsoft changes its price we tell you before renewal and pass through the real change, nothing added by us, and we stay below list.

All prices per user per month, ex VAT. Annual paid upfront.

What everyone else charges at renewal.

The sticker price is not the problem. The renewal is. Below are the published renewal rates from the providers most UK small businesses already use, next to our price for the same Microsoft 365 licences. Microsoft’s own list price is included so you can see we sit below it, before and after the 1 July rise.

The terms, in plain English.

These are Microsoft’s subscription rules. They apply to every reseller, including us. We would rather you read them here than find out later.

You have 7 days to change your mind.
Cancel within 7 days of buying and we refund the unused part. After that, the term runs to its end.
You can add seats any time.
Hire someone, add a licence that day. Upgrades from Standard to Premium also work any time.
You cannot drop seats mid-term.
Microsoft only allows seat decreases inside that 7 day window or at your renewal. So buy for the team you have, not the team you hope to have.
Your price is fixed for the term.
Annual upfront fixes your rate for the 12-month term. We do not adjust it if Microsoft's list price moves during your term.
The tenant is yours.
Licences sit in your own Microsoft organisation. Leave whenever you like and keep your mail, files and accounts.

Questions worth asking.

Short, direct answers to the objections we hear most before someone switches. No teaser price that jumps at renewal, in your own tenant, below Microsoft’s list rate before and after the 1 July 2026 rise.

Why are you cheaper than Microsoft itself?

Microsoft sells through partners at a margin. Most partners add to Microsoft's price or hide behind intro offers. We take less margin and publish one number.

Will my renewal price go up?

Only if Microsoft changes its list price, as it is doing on 1 July 2026, and even then we stay below Microsoft. We never apply our own renewal uplift. The price on this page is the renewal price.

Can I mix plans?

Yes. Five Premium for the people with laptops full of client data, twenty Standard for everyone else, Copilot on three seats. Mix freely.

What happens to my existing Microsoft 365 setup?

Nothing. Licences provision into your existing tenant. Mail, files, Teams and settings stay put. Only billing changes.

What if my current provider controls our tenant?

Then you are in a provider-managed tenant and moving is a migration. We will guide you through it, or do it for you as a paid migration service. It is the last migration you will need, because with us the tenant is yours.

More than 300 seats, or enterprise plans?

Business plans cap at 300 seats (Microsoft's rule). For larger requirements or E plans, talk to us.

More detail on the common ones: what the 1 July 2026 price rise changes, how to leave GoDaddy without breaking email, and how Standard and Premium differ.

Fix your rate before Microsoft moves it.

Buy annual before 30 June 2026 and pay £8.83 for Business Standard for the full 12-month term, about 18% less than Microsoft’s £10.80 from July.

Per user per month, ex VAT. Business customers only.
