A useful second pair of eyes
Business plans, Microsoft 365 E3 or E5, and specialist add-ons can sit in the same request. We check exact variants, dependencies and commercial availability before quoting.
Add current unit prices and renewal details where you know them. Your comparison pack keeps missing prices and different terms visible, so your team can check the assumptions.
Our team reviews the request with you. Agree products, timing, existing supplier commitments and any support scope before accepting a written proposal.
Your comparison pack is an indicative review document, not an accepted order. Savings depend on like-for-like products, your invoice prices and the changes your current contract allows.
Work with your internal team
Keep your internal IT team or existing provider. Ask us for licence supply, help planning renewals or a separate proposal for Microsoft 365 support.
Explore Microsoft 365 support →Our team reviews your licence requirements and confirms the quotation and supply arrangements.
Tell us which tasks your team owns and where you want help. Tenant access, administrative changes and technical work are agreed separately.
We confirm availability, contact hours, price and any response commitments before you buy support. Licence supply does not include unlimited engineering or emergency cover.
Start with products and quantities. Everything else helps us make the review more useful, but you can leave it for a conversation.
Enter your list, import a supported Microsoft export or use your saved tenant inventory. You do not need to connect a tenant or upload an invoice. Do not include passwords or sign-in codes.
Payment terms: annual commitment paid upfront, or monthly commitment paid monthly, where available. We do not offer annual commitment paid monthly. No payment is taken and no licences are changed when you request a review.
Clear from the start
Yes. We can quote for licence supply into your existing Microsoft tenant, subject to product eligibility and your current arrangements. Your IT team keeps control. Any delegated access, operational work or support is agreed separately.
The review is designed for larger and mixed licence estates, including businesses with 100 or more licences. Smaller teams are welcome to use the same quote builder. A licence quantity can include add-ons, so it is not necessarily a count of employees.
We compare the products, quantities, current costs and commitments you provide against available options. Savings depend on your existing contract and the confirmed new offer. Unassigned licences are a review opportunity, not proof that a paid subscription can be cancelled or reduced now.
We help clarify your licence quotation and the steps needed to arrange supply. Technical troubleshooting, migration, security work and ongoing support are scoped and priced separately. We agree responsibilities, contact hours and any response commitments in writing before that work starts.
We offer monthly commitment paid monthly, or annual commitment paid upfront, where available for the product. We do not offer annual commitment paid monthly. Your quote confirms the exact commitment, billing frequency and full amount before you agree.
No. You can build a licence list manually or import a supported Microsoft licence export. Current prices and renewal details are optional. A connected inventory review is a separate choice and requires an authorised administrator to approve the requested read access.
