Dead Simple 365.

Microsoft CSP licensing. 10 to 300+ users.

Microsoft licensing partner
for UK organisations.

Dead Simple 365 supplies Microsoft licences to UK organisations with roughly 10 to 300 or more users. We review your renewal, quote your whole estate on one document and supply through Microsoft’s Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) programme. You keep your tenant and your Global Admin accounts.

Written quote first. No payment or order when you send a request.

Who it’s for

Organisations with 10 to 300+ users.

IT managers, finance teams and procurement leads who want a clear commercial view of their Microsoft estate, without signing up to a managed IT contract.

  • A Microsoft renewal in the next six months, with no time to compare offers line by line.
  • A mixed estate: Business Premium for most staff, E3 or E5 for some, plus Copilot, Teams Phone or Power BI.
  • Licences spread across more than one supplier, or Azure billed separately from Microsoft 365.
  • An Enterprise Agreement coming to an end, or Business Premium nearing its 300 user limit.

Need only one or two licences? We are not the best fit for very small orders, and Microsoft or your current provider may suit you better.

How switching works

Change supplier. Keep your tenant.

Changing who supplies your licences is usually a billing change, not a tenant migration. Your users, mail and files stay in your tenant. The work is in the timing.

  1. 01

    Check commitments first

List each subscription with its term, end date and supplier. Do not cancel anything yet. Annual commitments run to their end date.

  2. 02

    Get one written quote

We quote the same products, quantities and terms, with differences and unknown prices visible. You decide before anything changes.

  3. 03

    Accept the invitation

An administrator accepts our reseller relationship request and the Microsoft Customer Agreement in the Microsoft 365 admin center. No admin roles are assigned to us.

  4. 04

    Switch at the right date

New subscriptions start as existing ones end, or eligible CSP subscriptions transfer with their remaining term. We confirm the route for each line.

Microsoft’s guidance: how a partner requests a reseller relationship and how customers accept it and review partner roles. Provider-managed tenants or sign-in changes can need extra work, which we scope separately. Moving from an Enterprise Agreement? Read moving from a Microsoft Enterprise Agreement to CSP.

Renewal reviews

A second look before you sign.

Send your current renewal or licence list. We check it line by line and reply with a written comparison and quote, so your IT and finance teams can see what changes and why.

  • Products and variants

Business Premium, E3 or E5, with or without Teams, and which add-ons depend on which base licence.

  • Quantities

Purchased against assigned, using a licence export or our optional read-only licence review. An unassigned seat is a question, not an automatic saving.

  • Terms and dates

Monthly or annual commitment, renewal date and the window for reducing each subscription.

  • Full cost

Price per licence, full-term cost and VAT, compared on the same products and terms.

NCE terms in plain words

The rules every reseller follows.

New Commerce Experience (NCE) is Microsoft’s subscription model for CSP licences. These rules come from Microsoft, not from us.

Seven calendar days to change your mind.
Within seven calendar days of a term starting or renewing, a subscription can be cancelled for a prorated refund or its licence count reduced.
Add licences at any time.
Extra licences join the existing subscription and end on the same date, so renewals stay aligned.
Reductions after that wait for renewal.
Once the seven days have passed, a lower quantity or a cancellation is scheduled to take effect at the end of the term.
Monthly or annual commitment.
Monthly commitment paid monthly renews each month. Annual commitment paid upfront runs for 12 months. We do not offer annual commitment paid monthly.

Azure via CSP

Azure on the same relationship.

Azure consumption can be supplied through CSP alongside your Microsoft 365 licences, so one supplier handles both. Tell us your current subscriptions, typical monthly spend and any reservations or savings plans when you request a quote.

Moving an existing Azure subscription from another agreement is a billing transfer with its own rules. Microsoft supports some routes only through particular partner types, and an active Azure consumption commitment prevents a transfer until it ends. Where no transfer route is available, resources may need to move to a new subscription, which needs planning.

Before you decide

Straight answers.

Who is Dead Simple 365 for?

UK organisations with roughly 10 to 300 or more users, usually with a renewal coming up, a mixed estate or licences spread across suppliers. If you need only one or two licences, we are not the best fit, and Microsoft or your current provider may suit you better.

Are you a Microsoft CSP partner?

We are a Microsoft 365 reseller in Microsoft's Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) programme. We supply as an indirect reseller through Giacom, our Microsoft indirect provider. Your organisation accepts the Microsoft Customer Agreement, and your subscriptions are created in your existing tenant.

Do we keep our tenant and Global Admin accounts?

Yes. Your subscriptions stay in your existing tenant. Microsoft assigns no admin roles to a reseller relationship, so your Global Admin accounts stay with your organisation. Any admin access for support work is a separate request you can approve or decline.

Can we switch supplier before our renewal date?

Existing commitments still apply. We check every subscription's term and end date first, then plan new subscriptions to start as the old ones end. Some CSP subscriptions can be transferred between partners mid-term, carrying the remaining term with them. We confirm the route for each subscription before you commit.

What do NCE terms mean for us?

New Commerce Experience (NCE) is Microsoft's current subscription model for CSP licences. You can cancel or reduce a subscription within seven calendar days of its term starting or renewing. You can add licences at any time. After the seven days, reductions and cancellations are scheduled for the end of the term.

Can you supply Azure as well as licences?

Yes, Azure can be quoted through CSP alongside your licences. Moving an existing Azure subscription from another agreement is a billing transfer with its own rules, and reservations, savings plans and consumption commitments need checking first. We confirm the route before anything moves.

Can we buy online today?

Not at the moment. Send a quote request with your products, quantities and renewal dates. We reply with a written quote, and nothing is supplied until you accept it. Sending a request takes no payment and places no order.

Bring your renewal date and licence list.

Products, quantities and current prices if you have them. We reply with a written quote by email. A licence export works too.
