How much does the licence audit cost?
Nothing. The audit is free and there is no obligation to buy. We make our money when businesses move their Microsoft 365 licences to us, so a clear, honest audit is in our interest. You are free to take the findings and act on them yourself.
What does the audit check?
The calculator compares prices using the plan, quantity and price basis selected. The optional connected review reads available and assigned licence quantities to identify unassigned seats. It does not measure user activity, read invoices or perform a security audit. A specialist can review your invoice prices, renewal dates and plan requirements using information you provide.
Does a real person review it, or is it automated?
The calculator and connected licence-count report are automated. A submitted audit request goes to a UK specialist for follow-up by email. We may need a licence list, invoice prices or renewal details before making recommendations.
Will an audit lock me into switching?
No. Requesting an audit does not place an order or authorise tenant changes. We confirm a separate quote if you decide to proceed. Your existing commitments and renewal dates still apply, and the steps for any supplier change must be checked first.
What do you do with the details I send?
