Leaving GoDaddy, you keep / year
£1,014
A 25 seat business leaving GoDaddy renewal pricing (£13.32 ex VAT) for our Standard plan, per year, ex VAT.
Switching at your renewal month is the clean break point. There is no penalty for moving early, but lining the move up with your renewal avoids paying twice.
The maths
The same licences, two prices.
| Plan | Microsoft from 1 July | Us (annual) | You save / user / year |
|---|---|---|---|
| Business Basic | £5.40 | £4.97 | £5.16 |
| Business Standard | £10.80 | £9.94 | £10.32 |
| Business Premium | £16.90 | £15.55 | £16.20 |
And if you are renewing with IONOS at £11.25, 123 Reg at £11.66 or GoDaddy at £13.32 (ex VAT), the gap is not a saving, it is a refund of years of overpaying. A 25 seat business leaving GoDaddy for our Standard plan keeps £1,014 a year.
Business Premium
Standard went up. Premium did not. Do the maths.
Microsoft raised Standard to £10.80 but left Premium at £16.90, and we sell Premium at £15.55. The security plan now costs £4.75 per user more than Microsoft charges for Standard alone. Defender, Intune and conditional access for £4.75 per user per month over July Standard, ex VAT. If you were ever going to upgrade, this is the moment Microsoft built for you.
