The lock

Lock 12 months at the price Microsoft is leaving behind.

Buy an annual plan before 30 June 2026 and your price is fixed for the full term. While Microsoft customers absorb the rise at renewal, you pay our locked rate for the same licences, in your own tenant.

Locked annual prices against Microsoft's July prices, per user per month, ex VAT
Plan Locked with us Microsoft from 1 July You save / user / year
Business Basic £4.23 £5.40 £14.04
Business Standard £8.83 £10.80 £23.64
Business Premium £15.55 £16.90 £16.20

Annual upfront, before 30 June, per user per month, ex VAT. Locked for 12 months.

For a 25 person business on Standard, that is £591 over the year, for the same licences, in your own tenant.

Honesty corner. Our own new-purchase prices also adjust on 1 July (Basic £4.97, Standard £9.94), because our costs follow Microsoft’s. They stay below Microsoft’s. But the £8.83 lock is only available before 30 June, and we will not extend it.

Before you ask.

The questions we hear most about the lock and the move. Every claim here carries the date we verified it.

Is this an intro price that jumps later?
No. £8.83 is our standard annual price today, not a promotion. From 1 July our new-purchase price becomes £9.94 because Microsoft's cost to us rises. No teaser price that jumps at renewal: if Microsoft changes its price we tell you before renewal and pass through the real change, nothing added by us, and we stay below list.
We already have Microsoft 365 elsewhere. Can we still lock it?
Yes, if your licences live in your own tenant. We provision into your existing tenant and nothing moves. If your provider holds you in their tenant (GoDaddy and 123 Reg customers, that is you), talk to us this week. A guided move before 30 June is tight but doable, and worth it.
What if Microsoft changes the dates?
Then we update this page the same day. Every claim here carries the date we verified it.
Why annual upfront?
It is the only way to lock a price under Microsoft's subscription rules, and it is our lowest price anyway. The standard 7 day cancellation window with a prorated refund applies.
