Microsoft 365 E3 UK price and licences

Microsoft 365 E3 combines Office productivity apps and cloud services with Windows Enterprise, identity controls and device management. It includes desktop apps, Exchange email, OneDrive, SharePoint and Intune capabilities. Microsoft's UK E3 product page describes the current suite.

Use the feature list to check what your IT team needs and already owns. Licence supply does not deploy policies, enrol devices or provide an outsourced security operation. Agree any implementation or ongoing technical work separately.

The names are similar, but these are different products. Office 365 E3 centres on productivity apps and services. Microsoft 365 E3 adds the Windows Enterprise and enterprise identity/device-management package. Compare the exact product name on your renewal, including any separately licensed components. An Office 365 E3 price is not a like-for-like Microsoft 365 E3 quote. If Office 365 E3 is what you need, request that exact product.

E3 is offered in versions with and without Teams. Microsoft's November 2025 licensing update restored enterprise suites with Teams for new and existing customers. Older advice that every new enterprise customer must buy Teams separately is no longer a reliable guide.
