Our current annual total for 25 Standard seats is £2,982, a potential difference of £393. First confirm your tenant ID, administrator access, current subscriptions and renewal dates. A change of licence supplier can often use the existing tenant, keeping data in place. A new reseller relationship alone does not transfer or cancel existing subscriptions. We check whether a supported subscription transfer, replacement licensing at renewal, provider handover or separately scoped migration is appropriate. Keep existing services active until the agreed replacement and checks are complete.

Your business should retain appropriate administrator access to its Microsoft tenant. We agree any access needed for supply or support separately.

Business Premium adds Defender for Business, Intune and conditional access to the productivity features in Standard. These capabilities require suitable configuration; purchasing a licence does not itself secure your devices. You can request Premium at £15.55 per user per month ex VAT on annual upfront.

Licences can be supplied without a managed IT service. Keep your existing IT provider if that arrangement suits you, and tell us who will handle administration and support.

We offer annual commitment paid upfront or monthly commitment paid monthly, where available. Annual upfront is one payment for the full year. Monthly flexible has a one-month commitment, with its own price and renewal terms. Cancellation, seat reductions and upgrades depend on the exact subscription and eligible change window.
