We offer annual commitment paid upfront or monthly commitment paid monthly, where available. Annual upfront is one payment for the full year. Monthly flexible has a one-month commitment, with its own price and renewal terms. Cancellation, seat reductions and upgrades depend on the exact subscription and eligible change window. Confirm the terms before ordering.
For a stable seat count, compare the full annual cost. For uncertain staffing, ask about the available shorter commitment and its price. Do not confuse monthly invoicing with monthly cancellation.
For CSP NCE per-user subscriptions, Microsoft generally permits cancellation with a prorated refund during the seven calendar days after purchase or renewal. Partial upgrades can inherit an existing window, and a supplier transfer does not necessarily create a new one. We confirm the actual subscription deadline before acting.
