The Names.co.uk Microsoft 365 Alternative for UK Businesses

Per user per month, ex VAT, shown as a monthly equivalent. Annual upfront is a 12 month commitment paid in one payment. Compare the same plan, including its Teams variant, commitment, billing frequency and included support. Your written quote confirms the total, VAT and available offer.

Our current annual upfront total for 25 Business Standard seats is £2,982 ex VAT. Compare it with your own full term cost, including any overlap or separately required services.

First confirm your tenant ID, administrator access, current subscriptions and renewal dates. A change of licence supplier can often use the existing tenant, keeping data in place. A new reseller relationship alone does not transfer or cancel existing subscriptions. We check whether a supported subscription transfer, replacement licensing at renewal, provider handover or separately scoped migration is appropriate. Keep existing services active until the agreed replacement and checks are complete.

Your business should retain appropriate administrator access to its Microsoft tenant. We agree any access needed for supply or support separately.

Business Premium adds Defender for Business, Intune and conditional access to the productivity features in Standard. These capabilities require suitable configuration; purchasing a licence does not itself secure your devices. You can request Premium at £15.55 per user per month ex VAT on annual upfront.

Licences can be supplied without a managed IT service. Keep your existing IT provider if that arrangement suits you, and tell us who will handle administration and support.

We offer annual commitment paid upfront or monthly commitment paid monthly, where available. Annual upfront is one payment for the full year. Monthly flexible has a one-month commitment, with its own price and renewal terms. Cancellation, seat reductions and upgrades depend on the exact subscription and eligible change window. Confirm the terms before ordering.

The price agreed for your committed term is separate from the next renewal price. Future rates can change with the supplier offer, currency, promotions and our commercial pricing. We confirm the applicable rate before a new commitment; today's comparison is not a guarantee of future savings.

Send your products, quantities and preferred billing in the quote builder. We confirm your price, tenant and subscription terms by email. After acceptance, our team arranges payment and supply. Requesting a quote places no order. Licences are available on their own, with technical services scoped separately.

An optional tenant review compares available and assigned licence quantities. Catalogue estimates cover recognised products; they are not your invoice costs. Counts do not show user activity or whether an assigned licence is needed. Confirm renewal dates and unknown product prices separately.
